The Beginning

Michael Martino had been working as a real estate agent for several years before he decided to start up his own agency. Having worked for a few of the major real estate franchises in WA, he saw the need for an agency that did things a bit differently to the big guys.

Michael Martino Real Estate (MMRE) was established to create a more personalized and authentic service to clients than what they were being given elsewhere.

Expanding into Property Management

Originally, only starting off with residential and commercial sales, MMRE soon grew to cover Commercial Sales and Leasing and Property Management.

This became possible because of a phone call from Christopher Tana. He was interested in property development and kept calling to see if Michael was interested.

Michael admired his eagerness, inquisitiveness and solid values, so he invited him to meet at the MMRE office. Chris came on board and it was a great decision, because Chris helped the business to grow to what Michael had initially planned.

​Heading North

MMRE moved from Main Street, Osborne Park to Grange House in North Perth.

This allowed us to grow our company from 4 to 12 and to create a partnership between Chris and Michael.

With a different logo, different name but the same core values that began the company… we became Martino Property Group (MPG).

The move also meant MPG could create better and bigger opportunities for our clients. We have greater exposure to more different types of property and we are now managing more properties for our clients.

​Moving to Leederville

Now we have grown even more and have moved to 250 Oxford Street, Leederville. Which is in a high profile office right in the heart of Leederville. The buzzing, busy street and prominent location means we are more accessible to our clients and it elevates our profile even more and our team has now grown to 16.
