Michael Martino is the Director of Martino Property Group. He was born and raised in Perth. Growing up amongst Italian migrants taught him the value of hard work and gave him a deeper appreciation of the finer things in life.
Ever since he can remember he has had an entrepreneurial spirit, so owning his own business was a natural progression for him.
For the last 20 years, he has grown from a one-man show as Michael Martino Real Estate, to now a company with over 14 employees. He enjoys mentoring his team to ensure they have what it takes to be successful in the industry and in life.
Michael’s can do attitude encourages his team to keep pushing for excellence. His family values of loyalty, dedication and reliability have been instilled into every part of his business.

Christopher Tana was born and raised in Perth. He realised at the age of 18 that property was his passion. He always wanted to invest in property, so working in the property industry gave him the best way to know the market and to become a property investor.
He has extensive experience in facilities management and now specialises in Commercial Real Estate, Residential Development and Property Management. Chris has a natural ability to see which project will make money and which won’t.
Chris is well known for his integrity and for sharing his expertise freely with like-minded people. He is passionate about helping others to be successful and to reach their true potential.

Having had an interest in the Real Estate Industry since her high school days, Maree O’Neil decided to pack her bags and move from her hometown in N.S.W. to seek a career in sunny Western Australia.
Maree commenced her career at the age of 19, starting behind the reception desk, and since then has worked her way through almost every facet involved in the day to day running of a Real Estate office including Property Management, Sales Administration and Office Administration, but has found her calling and her passion in Trust Accounting.

Before joining Martino Property Group, Dodie Phillips worked for Jamie Loh Real Estate for 5 years as Office Administrator assisting the team in sales and property management.
Prior to working in Real Estate, Dodie worked for over 10 years at Hartleys Limited, DJ Carmichael and Sirona Capital as an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant in the Corporate Finance divisions assisting IPO’s, M&A’s and capital raisings.
Dodie has enthusiastically joined the Martino Property Group In June 2018 to begin her new career in all aspects of Commercial property assisting Chris Tana and Ray Cafini.
Amelia Mott joins our Property Management Department with the passion and integrity of a seasoned Professional.
With 4 years’ experience in the role of Property Manager, Amelia’s enthusiasm is infectious. Understanding the investor’s needs and commitment to customer service not only

A university graduate in management, marketing and leadership, Joe Saraceni took a keen interest in market research upon graduating university and entered into the property industry by accident.. he performed research for a large shopping centre owner in 2006, and never looked back!
With vast experience from both an owner perspective and an agent perspective, Joe is an expert across the entire commercial field. He now heads up our commercial property management division and has a particularly keen interest in large format retail and neighbourhood shopping centres.
Joe also takes an interest in development and was recently involved in the $25m Rose on Angove Joint Venture in North Perth, as well as carrying a full range of knowledge on planning applications in local council areas, facilities management, budgeting and asset income projections and project viability.

Brent Griffiths moved to Australia when he was young & grew up in the northern suburbs of Perth. He’s since moved & lived throughout Australia/Asia whilst playing professional Soccer in the Hyundai A-League for various clubs including Perth Glory & enjoyed winning the A- League in 2012/13 with Central Coast Mariners.
This winning mentality along with his experience of living in different cities & countries has grown his passion for real estate & inspired him to use his knowledge to serve clients to the best of his ability.
Brent decided that soccer won’t last forever & thought he’d take up a passion that runs deep in his family business of property & real estate.
